Central North Alabama Health Services, Inc. (CNAHSI) is committed to improving access to quality healthcare in North Alabama with our Wellness on Wheels mobile unit. By bringing healthcare directly to where our community lives, works, learns, and plays, we address transportation barriers. Equipped with two functional rooms, Wellness on Wheels offers remote primary health care services for all ages.
Health Mobile Unit Services:
- Immunizations
- Regular check-ups and screenings
- Treatment for minor ailments and injuries
- Management of chronic health conditions like diabetes, asthma, and high blood pressure
- Education on health promotion and injury prevention
- Referrals to social service resources
- Health education, and more
